Sabai Sabai

The Sabai Sabai is a refreshing Thai-inspired cocktail known for its light, herbal, and subtly sweet flavors. Traditionally made with Mekhong, a Thai spirit that blends whiskey and rum characteristics, it’s mixed with lime juice, simple syrup, and a hint of basil. It’s celebrated as a symbol of Thai hospitality and relaxation—"sabai sabai" itself means "to relax" or "to be comfortable.”
