Rosemary Gimlet

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Rosemary simple syrup

  • 1.5 oz. of Dry gin

  • 2 oz. of freshly squeezed lime juice

  • Rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, add 1.5 oz. of rosemary simple syrup.

  2. Add 1.5 oz. of dry gin.

  3. Add 2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice.

  4. Add ice and shake until chilled.

  5. Strain into a coupe glass.

  6. Add rosemary sprig for garnish.
