Snow White

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. of Tanqueray gin

  • 1 oz. of Freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • .5 oz. of St. Germain Elderflower liqueur

  • .5 oz. of Peach liqueur

  • .3 oz. of 1:1 Simple syrup

  • Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, add 1 oz. of Tanqueray gin.

  2. Add 1 oz. of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

  3. Add .5 oz. of St. Germain.

  4. Add .5 oz. of Peach liqueur.

  5. Add .3 oz. of 1:1 simple syrup.

  6. Add a dash of Angostura bitters.

  7. Add ice and shake until chilled.

  8. Strain into a curved martini or coupe glass.

  9. Garnish with a thin lemon wheel.
