French 75

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. of Dry gin

  • .5 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • .5 oz. 1:1 Simple syrup

  • 3 oz. of Prosecco or Champagne

  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, add 1 oz. of dry gin.

  2. Add .5 oz. of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

  3. Add .5 oz. of 1:1 simple syrup.

  4. Add ice and shake until chilled.

  5. Strain into a coupe glass.

  6. Add Champagne.

  7. Garnish with a lemon twist.
