Mai Tai
Ingredients
.25 oz. of 1:1 Simple syrup.
.5 oz. of Orgeat (almond syrup).
1 oz. of Freshly squeezed lime juice
.5 oz. of Dry Curacao
.75 oz. of Overproof Jamaican white rum
1.25 of Jamaican dark rum
fresh mint
Instructions
In a shaker, add .25 oz. of 1:1 simple syrup.
Add .5 oz. of Orgeat (almond syrup).
Add 1 oz. of freshly squeezed lime juice.
Add .5 oz. of dry Curacao.
Add .75 oz. overproof Jamaican white rum.
Add 1.25 oz. of Jamaican dark rum.
Add some crushed ice.
Shake until chilled.
Pour into rock glass with the ice from shaker.
Add more crushed ice.
Add spent (used) lime wedge and sprigs of mint.
