Painkiller

Ingredients

For 1 serving

  • 2 oz. of Dark rum

  • 4 oz. of Pineapple juice

  • 1 oz. of Freshly squeezed orange juice

  • .75 oz. of cream of coconut

  • Freshly grated nutmeg

For 10 servings

  • 20 oz. (2.5 cups) of Dark rum

  • 40 oz. (5 cups) of Pineapple juice

  • 10 oz. (1.25 cups) freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 7.5 oz. (1 cup) of cream of coconut

  • Freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, add 2 oz. of dark rum.

  2. Add 4 oz. of pineapple juice.

  3. Add 1 oz. of freshly squeezed orange juice.

  4. Add .75 oz. of cream of coconut.

  5. Add ice and shake until chilled.

  6. Strain into a glass with ice.

  7. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a piece of pineapple.

Tips

  1. When making large batches, pour ingredients into a blender or large pitcher, and blend or stir.

  2. Chill at least 2 hours and then pour into glasses with ice.

  3. For better results, this cocktail can be made the day before minus the ice.
