Paloma

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. of Tequila or Mezcal

  • 2 oz. of Grapefruit juice

  • .5 oz. of Freshly squeezed lime juice

  • .25 oz. of Agave or 2:1 simple syrup

  • 2 oz. of Sparkling water

  • Rim salt

  • Grapefruit for garnish

Instructions

  1. Salt rim of a rock glass with lime and salt.

  2. In a shaker, add 2 oz. of tequila or Mezcal.

  3. Add 2 oz. of grapefruit juice.

  4. Add .5 oz. of freshly squeezed lime juice.

  5. Add .25 agave or 2:1 simple syrup.

  6. Add ice shake until chilled.

  7. Add ice to the rock glass

  8. Strain shaker into glass.

  9. Add sparkling water.

  10. Garnish with grapefruit slice.
