Thai Margarita

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. of Mekhong

  • 1 oz. of Silver tequila

  • 1 oz. of Passionfruit juice

  • 1 oz. of freshly squeezed lime juice

  • Chili ice cubes

  • Sweet Thai-style salt and pepper for rim

Instructions

  1. Rim curved margarita or rock glass with sweet Thai-style salt and pepper.

  2. In a shaker, add 1 oz. of Mekhong.

  3. Add 1 oz. of silver tequila.

  4. Add 1 oz. of Passionfruit juice.

  5. Add 1 oz. of freshly squeezed lime juice.

  6. Add chili cubes, and shake until chilled.

  7. Strain into margarita glass or rock glass with or without ice.
